2. Our Products
We work hard to present our products as accurately as possible.
However:
- Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
- Dimensions and weights are approximate unless otherwise stated.
- We may introduce minor improvements to materials, finishes, packaging or accessories over time as we continue refining our products.
Any such improvements will never materially reduce the intended functionality or quality of your Sonsole.
All products are offered subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue, update or modify products at any time.
3. Pre-orders
Some Sonsole products may be available to purchase before they are ready to ship.
Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith and are intended as guidance only.
Should a significant delay occur, we'll let you know as soon as reasonably possible and explain the options available to you, including any statutory rights that may apply.
4. Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are shown in Euros (€).
Where applicable, prices include VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown during checkout before payment is completed.
If a genuine pricing error occurs, we'll contact you before dispatching your order to explain the situation and discuss the available options, including a full refund if appropriate.
5. Orders & Payment
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products.
Your order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation by email.
Payments are processed securely through authorised payment providers.
Sonsole never stores your complete payment card details.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- payment cannot be authorised;
- fraud is reasonably suspected;
- products become unavailable;
- a genuine pricing error has occurred.
If your payment has already been processed, any applicable refund will be issued promptly.

We currently deliver to selected European countries.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Ownership of your Sonsole transfers once full payment has been received.
Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, courier services or events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Returns & Warranty
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Every Sonsole is covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects.
If something isn't right, we'll work quickly to put it right.
Our warranty is provided in addition to—and does not affect—your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
